The Summer Special

Stay 10 nights or more with a check-in between May 1 and August 31, and every night is half price. Cool mountain mornings, the whole summer slowed down.

  • Check in any day from May 1 to August 31 (your stay can run into September)
  • 10 nights or more, in one booking
  • Half off the nightly rate, including weekend and holiday nights
  • Cleaning fee and lodging tax still apply

A few nights short? The booking form tells you when adding a night or two would unlock the special, so you can decide before you pay.

The Last-Minute Special

Decide on a mountain weekend this week? Book within 7 days of your arrival and every night is half price. Spontaneous trips are the best ones anyway.

  • Check-in is 7 days or less from the day you book
  • Any stay of 2 nights or more
  • Half off the nightly rate, including ordinary Friday and Saturday nights
  • Holiday and peak-season nights (Christmas week, ski season, leaf season) stay at the regular rate; the other nights in your stay are still half off
  • Cleaning fee and lodging tax still apply

How it's counted: by calendar day, Eastern time. Book on a Saturday and any check-in through the following Saturday qualifies.
